BlueVoda webbuilder is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) and HTML editor. It is pretty easy to use and has a FPT file included

This is an ok web hosting site. Although I had trouble using it cause of the Browser I use. You need to us IE, Netscape, or Foxfire. I use Opera
What is there to say about Yahoo. It is a very simple site to use. Free membership does not support FPT.

I found this great web site. It's called "Tribal Page". It's a free site to put your Genealogy family tree. You get 10mg of storage, and it sets it up for you. You do NOT need to know any HTML at all. It even sets up a guestbook for you. Give it a try. To see an example I have set up a some Gen-file for you to check out
